Pairing up the savory luncheon meat with aromatic nasi lemak with this quick & delicious recipe!


    • 2 cups rice (Rinsed)
    • 500ml water
    • 200ml coconut milk
    • 3 pieces of pandan leaves (Screw Pine)
    • 1 stalk of lemon grass
    • 6 slices of luncheon meat
    • 6 slices of cucumber
    • 4 halves of egg
    • 2 tablespoons of peanut
    • 2 tablespoons of fried Ikan Billis
    • Condiment – Salt
    • Accompaniment – Sambal Chilli



    1. Pour rinsed rice in to cooking pot
    2. Add coconut milk & water
    3. add pandan leaves & lemon grass
    4. Occasionally, stir rice to have an even cooking
    5. Cook egg till hard boiled in another cooking pot with boiling water
    6. Cut de-shelled eggs into halves
    7. Slice luncheon meat
    8. Slice cucumber
    9. Grill luncheon meat till cooked
    10. Place ingredients on a serving plate
    11. Enjoy!
