TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Golden Bridge Foods ‘CNY 2026 Huat Huat Lucky Draw’ promotion starts from 1 January 2026 – 8 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
2. Entry is only open to Singapore residents aged 18 years or over. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the contest: directors, employees and immediate family members of Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd, OTS International Pte Ltd, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies. Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents- in-law and siblings.
3. Subject to clause (2), participants who purchase any products from the Participating Brands, in a single original receipt from 1 January 2026 – 8 March 2026 and purchased from any participating Singapore physical store or online e-store set out in clause (8) within the Promotion Period are eligible to participate. Only clear invoices and receipts showing retailers name and purchased items will be accepted. Handwritten receipts are not allowable.

5. The Participant shall take a photo or screenshot of the receipt or order number dated within the Promotion Period and upload the receipt to the with participant’s name, mobile number, email address, invoice/receipt number, together with a clear photo of the invoice or receipt to participate in the promotion. Entrants will need to keep their original receipt in order to claim a winning prize.
6. All entries must be received no later than 9 March 2026, 0000hrs, in order to qualify for the contest. Incomplete or illegal entries will be disqualified. Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd and OTS International Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any contest entries which do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
7. Participants may enter as many times as they deem fit as long as each contest entry meets the criteria set out in clause (4) above. One (1) valid receipt shall entitle a Participant to one (1) entry. Participants are allowed to submit unlimited entries per day, provided that each receipt submitted is valid and unique.

Prizes & Selection of Winners

1. All valid entries will be eligible to participate in the draw.
2. Winners are selected at random. Each winner is only entitled to one (1) prize. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd and OTS International Pte Ltd reserves the right to select another winner. Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd and OTS International Pte Ltd may at any time at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with any item of a similar value. Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd and OTS International Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute with reserve winners in the event any one of the winners cannot be contactable within five (5) working days from the draw date. OTS International Pte Ltd determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondences shall be entertained.
3. The random draw will take place on 9 March 2026.
4. List of winners will be announced on https://otsi.sg/cny-2026/ after the draw.
5. There will be a total of three (3) prizes available to be won, valued at S$319.00 each.
6. Validated winners will be contacted via email to arrange for the collection.
7. Only physical collection will be allowed. Prizes to be collected at our office at 30 Senoko South Road, Singapore 758088, during office hours.
8. Prizes not redeemed within one (1) month will be deemed forfeited.
9. Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd and OTS International Pte Ltd may at its sole discretion, substitute any Prizes with any item of similar value. All Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the Prizes is correct at the time of printing. All Prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
10. Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd and OTS International Pte Ltd reserves right to vary, remove or add to these Terms and Conditions, or to substitute the prizes relating to this Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability to Participants.
11. By participating in this contest, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to Golden Bridge Foods Manufacturing Pte Ltd , OTS International Pte Ltd and its sponsor to use any participant information for future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to OTS International Pte Ltd; and (ii) have read and understood these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
